  • Delegate kit & the material of the congress, lunches, coffee breaks.
  • Invitation to the Opening Ceremony in the morning of November 22, 2025.
  • Invitation to the Welcome Ceremony & Gala Dinner at 18:00 on November 22, 2025

Payment Methods

Payment of registration fees (in NTD: new Taiwan Dollar; in USD) can be made as follows:

  1. By Credit Card (on-line payment of ECPay)
  2. By Bank Wire Transfer: Please provide the Bank Transfer Receipt upon completion and send to 2025AOCCNtaipei@gmail.com and tscn01@gmail.com to complete the registration process.

Registration Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received by formal notification by fax or email.

  1. Cancellations received up and including September 15, 2025, Full refund.
  2. Cancellations received between September 15, 2025, and October 30, 2025: 50% refund.
  3. Cancellations received after October 30, 2025: no refund will be made.

The Organizer provides special rate and discount for group registration of more than 5 delegates.
