Group Registration discount rate

  • 10% off for 5 -9 delegates
  • 20% off for 10-19 delegates
  • 30% off for 20-29 delegates
  • 40% off for 30-39 delegates
  • 50% off for over 40 delegates

Group Registration of member society of AOCCN

Please complete the registration through the Neurological Society or Association of your country. The 8th AOCCN Organizer provides specific quartos for free group registration to The 8th AOCCN.

Group Registration procedure instruction<

The group registration of member society of AOCCN, please refer to the Secretariat of each member society of AOCCN

  1. Entitle your Group Name. Name your group as you wish.
    The group name is essential and important for which will be printed on the entrance badge of each one of your group members. The secretariat will also use the group name to proceed with official affairs and manage all queries each group member or group representative requested.
  2. Identify Group Representative or Representatives
    For acknowledging the efforts of group representative(s), 8th AOCCN will waive the registration fee of group representative or representatives. Two representatives will be free if a group is more than 50 members. If a group is 50-100 members, 3 representatives will be free, If a group is 100-150 members, 4 representatives will be free, a group is 150-250 member, five representatives will be free. If a group is more than 250, please contact 8th AOCCN secretariat tscn01@gmail.com.
  3. Complete the registration procedure on-line at www.aoccn2025.com
    The group representatives must complete the registration process each by each of group members, and to fill in all the information requested for every one of group members.

  5. Online Payment
    Please download the regulation document and follow the instructions. You can submit the completed file on-line, or you can E-mail this file to 8th AOCCN Secretariat as below.

    Please remit the total registration fee of all group members to Secretariat of 8th AOCCN by Online Paymen.

  6. When we receive the payment, the status of all the group members will automatically be changed to 「complete payment」and all group members will be the participants with full rights for submitting abstracts of poster or video challenge.
